Here is what to know!
1. Cooking & Delivery Day
We cook fresh meals once a week—every Monday and Thursday—and deliver them the same day to ensure you get your meals fresh and oven ready!
2. Order Deadline
We cook and delivery high protein individual servings every Monday, and on Thursdays we have carb-a-licious family style dinners! If you want to order for our Monday meals the cut off in Sunday evening - for our Thursday meals the cut off is Tuesday evening (so we can prep).
3. Subscription Perks
Prices vary based on how many people you are ordering for, we also have an option to purchase a whole month of meals at a discounted price!
